Returns

  • What's your return policy?

    Our boxes are a package deal, so unfortunately, we do not accept returns for the entire box contents or on an individual product basis.

    However, your feedback is very much appreciated. Please contact us with your comments or concerns at support@thecosmoboxes.com.
  • What if I received a product that's broken or damaged?

    First, please reference our terms for the entire return policy. If the damage falls within our terms, email support@thecosmoboxes.com or give us a call at 1-800-672-1139.

Cancellation

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Once an order is placed and credit card authorized, cancellations are not accepted. You can only cancel your recurring subscription after the current monthly box has been shipped to you. At that point, your cancellation will be effective as of the beginning of the next month. No returns will be accepted after processing or receiving the current month’s box. If you would like to cancel your recurring subscription, log into your account and choose the cancellation option.
